Any one haveing surgery @ Emory Crawford long around 8/18?

Any one haveing surgery @ Emory Crawford long around 8/18? Does anyone have experience with this hospital?

Hello, I had surgery there on 7/5 with Dr. Lin. Its a great hospital, I had a nurse named Gloria she was heaven sent. Generally a really good hospital. I wasnt too impressed with the night nurses, I wanted to get up and they would get me up (then Gloria came in and it was all alright). I had surgery at Crawford Long on 8/1 and had a great experience. I do recommend having someone stay with you at the hospital. My mother was able to stay with me and that was really a big help. The antibiotics made me very nauseated and it was great to have my mother there to get me a wet cloth - that seemed to calm the nausea. The nurses were okay - nothing spetacular, but definitely gave me pain medicine when I asked for it. They were all very friendly and caring.
