WLS Moments this weekend
I'm so jazzed!!! On Saturday 2 things happened: I finally crossed over from "obese" to just "overweight!" 

And a friend came over with some clothes she thought I might be able to use on an upcoming cruise with my husband... a beautiful burgundy pantsuit. When I held up those size 14s I thought "there's no way!" But sure enough, they fit perfectly. I haven't been a size 14 since my wedding dress 21 years ago!!! And the strange thing is that I was 30 lbs. lighter then... I know that all the "weight-bearing" my bones have done for all these years must've strengthened them, so that accounts for some of the difference. But 30 lbs? This working out stuff is really working! I still have about 40-50 lbs. to go to goal, but if I never drop below the 14s, I'm THRILLED!

Okay - First off GREAT JOB on the weight loss and your "wow" moment!! It's a great feeling right?!?!
Remember one thing about muscle.....the density of muscle is much higher than the density of fat. (Muscles weighs more than fat in size - make sense?) I'd rather be "overwight" with more muscle tone than normal with out it!
I'm THRILLED for you!!!!!! Keep yp the FANTASTIC work!!!!
