beech street coverage anyone?

i was wondering if anyone has used beechstreet ins. provided by a discount co. called NAPE?ins stuff is for the birds. i have had more people holler at me from ins.co's just because i don't understand there lingo.if youre not ins and you claim to not be a discount card.what the hell do you call your self.i am officialy confused. thanks for the help if anyone has any !! vicki g p.s. i really like these emoticons they calm me down abit!
