Has anyone been denied with Medicaid? Heather Stine

Heather I had no problem with medicaid they were very fast i was approved within aweek. But I do know Tammy Long had a problem with them so you might want to talk to her . I think now she is approved so I do not know what happen the first go around. I hope this helps any other questions please feel free to email me....Beth..... And Good Luck

hi beth did u have a 6 month waiting period

I sent you an email did you get it? I am unsure the questions . do you mean i had to wait and have medicaid for six months before i applied for WLS or is it the six month diet. waiting period i had neither i got medicaid in Nov. And i talked to my WLSurgeon to start the process the paid for all my pcp visits and my phys. eval and any test i had to have done. All I had to pay was the co-pay. I hope that answers your question if not please let me know sometimes i dont get it the first time around..LOL ....Beth
