I am finally home

Hey everyone! I am back home from Alabama and doing fine. Thanks for all the kind words during and after my surgery. I did my two week appt friday and have lost 12 lbs since surgery and 25 so far total. My appt went fine was told to up the protein and to exercise now. Did have a vein doppler study done since i was getting burning itching pains in my legs but shannon said all was fine. Lets hope i can do as well on the 16th when i go back. But the scales have stalled and i am becoming a scales junkie i know not a good thing but i am trying not to weigh daily. But it is hard. Was wondering what the rest of you were eating 3 wks out post op just so i can add some variety. Not complaining just wanting to get creative. sandy
