Ins. question...

Hey, does anyone know if it is possible to get insurance to pay for a hospital stay, and self-pay the surgeon's fee? I'm not so knowledgable about insurance... Valarie

Hubbie found part-time work at UPS through the holidays, so we don't qualify yet... also, we're not planning on him being out of work for long! He's had some pretty promising interviews... I'm just hoping that he can get us insurance soon- we've had a lapse in coverage, so ins won't pay for surgery for a year or so. I'm hoping to get whatever ins we get to pay for the hospital portion. I'm not really an insurance expert- OH should hire someone who has worked in ins and give them a forum! We could ask all of these questions there instead... it would leave us free to chat about wow moments! Valarie
