May Renfest gathering update (hotel listings)

Just my 2 cents - If its something you are wanting to go to more than once I would wait and buy a costume when you arrive. The vendors have some fabulous clothes and most will bag up your regular clothes and keep them behind the counter for the rest of the day if you ask. I have bought two seperate outfits from there over the last 9 years and both are such quality material that I can wash them and have worn them many years for halloween as well. My goal is by renn faire 07 to buy a belly dancer outfit there *grin* Marty thanks for planning all this! Its a fabulous idea! Beth

The Roney's are in! I love getting my hair braided, my face painted... and the fabulous Turkey legs (I can still have one, so I will!). We'll be in costume if budget allows, or we might buy something there Great idea Marty! Valarie

I'm planning on going - but WON'T be dressing up....I am hoping my hair will be long enough to braid.....that's one of my favorite parts of the day.... I've never been one to want to dress up - so if I find an outfit there that I "have to have" I will get one - otherwise I'll just be going as myself.... Anyone want to carpool??? Dee Dee

Count me and mine in. I have never been to the festival but have always wanted to go. I can't wait. It will be a great family outing for us. We won't be dressing up but will be there
