Need Direction

Hell-o I'm new to the forum, just found out yesterday that I have been approved by the insurance co. and was scheduled today for surgery on the 20th of Feb....talk about excited! I live in Valdosta and I'm wondering if there is a group that meets in this area.

Kia Thanks for the welcome, I guess I should have included the fact that I'm not that familiar with a lot of place in GA....Moved here from another state..so where are you located or what major city is near you? I've just returned from a trip to Gainsville Fl, where I went to get some protein drinks... I'll start on it tomorrow so I will be somewhat adjusted to it after surgery. Brenda
