Hi all, Just wanted to say I'm new here. Found this link on Obesity Solutions website, and thought I would give it a try, since I am going to need all the support I can get! I have been through all the requirements and my file has been submitted to my insurance company a week ago. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Thanks to everyone for making me feel at home. I'm sure I will learn a lot here, and hopefully make some new friends as well. Called my insurance today, and they are in the process of reviewing my file. Keeping my fingers crossed! BTW, does anyone in the White or Habersham County areas (or anywhere else close) have suggestions for safe places to go walking? The treadmill is getting old.

Hi Jenean, I'm new here too. I'm just starting my journey though. I have my first appointment with Dr. Richard next week! Anyway, about the walking track - there is one in Cleveland. I forget what the street name is, but it is fenced in and from what I remember, even lit at night and there is a small park there too for kids. If you don't know where it is let me know and I'll find out the street name, and I have MANY relatives that still live there. It's on one of the back streets right in town. I used to live in Cleveland, but live in Clarkesville now and there is also a good walking track not very far from my house at Pitts Park, in town also. Nice to meet you! Julie
