FREAKING OUT!!!
O.K. Ya'll I am freaking out!! The scale hasn't moved in forever and a day and I'm wondering if this is it for me. I am doing everything I should I uped the water, exercise, vitamins, etc.. And still nothing. I am 10 months post-op and have lost 110lbs., but I still have another 30lbs. To get to doctor's goal, did any of you further out experience this? Is this just a stall or what? Please help me with some encouraging words to help keep me going, I'm tired of being fat!!
My dear beautiful Rachel, you have done well and it will come, but I suggest you change up your exercise routine. Not sure what you are doing, but lets say you go jogging, then you lift weights, then you ride a bike, etc etc in that same order everytime, you body becomes adjusted to it. So instead, try doing something like jumping jacks first, then a bike ride, jog, etc etc... Same concept goes with weights, do not do the same routine each time, needs to be completely different everytime you go.
Plus you are no longer fat, you a sexy curvy now

Rachel!
I know how you feel, Girl!
I haven't lost but 2 lb in last 2(two) months....and I'm only 8 mo. out. I too need to get rid of about 30 lb more. And I too feel very frustrated now. I just hope this too shall pass and we are on our way to normal BMI.
Also just wanted to tell you that you are very-very pretty.
Good luck, hugs, Rita
