Topic: RE: Physician needed in the Atlanta area
Not sure what you mean by revise. I do not want another surgery. I just want my fill to be where it was before my last physician ruined my maintenance.

I have heard nothing but good about Steinburg. However I would suggest revising rather than pursuing more fills. The band is a problems waiting to happen! :-(
Topic: Seeking WLS stories
A friend of mine, Dr. Connie Stapleton, is compiling a book as a fundraising effort for the Weight Loss Surgery Foundation of America (http://wlsfa.org/ ). The goal is to raise funds to assist people in their fight against morbid obesity. If you have had weight loss surgery and are willing to share your story, please consider taking the time to share your story! The contribution form is located here: http://www.conniestapletonphd.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01 /WLSFA_Book_Contribution_form.pdf
Thanks!

Topic: RE: Plastic sx???
i never heard of him but he works at good hospitals and has had good training (I just checked him out on the Georgia Medical Board website). He also has a clean record.
Having said that the only thing I would be concerned about, if anything, would be the experience factor. It appears that he has been practicing plastics for less than 10 years. He didn't complete his general surgery residency intil 2001.
My choice would be Joseph Woods, M.D. Of course you should probably do consults with more than one doctor. He was my surgeon following an encounter with breast cancer. He has been doing this for 21 years and is wonderful.
