Welcome to North Georgia. I would like to invite you to check out the Bariatric Support Groups sponsored by Emory Johns Creek Hospital which meets several times a month. I personally attend the the meetings held on the third Wednesday evenings and third Saturday mornings and find them very beneficial for sharing challenges and successes. http://www.atlantabariatriccenter.com/

I'm about 10 minutes west of downtown Atlanta, and maybe an hour from you. The OH group has a few WLS events and meetups around the Atlanta area that are usually announced here, so feel free to come out and spend some time with us. :)
