Blackjack in Vegas

I just got back from Vegas, where I was disappointed to see that the Sahara no longer features $1 or $2 blackjack tables. Even the $3 tables are few and far between. Does anybody know of a hotel/casino, Strip or Downtown, that is at least comparable to Sahara (we're trying to avoid the real dives) that still features $1 or $2 tables?

We were there in December and didn't see anything less than $5.00. I have heard that Palace Station may have some lower limits. It's not a bad place but off the strip and downtown. You might also try Fitzgeralds downtown (a little older but not too bad of a place). We always prefer the Golden Nuggett as it is a classy but smaller casino. Kathy

Just saw your post. That stinks about the Sahara. We used to go to the Stratosphere because you get them for $2.00 but now they have gone up immensly. SO we moved to the Sahara. Now that really hurts. Marti

Westward Ho used to have $2-3 tables, but I havn't been there in a few years.
