Yea.. I know that is so true.... vegas is vegas and nothing can take the place of the great gambling city of the world. I have been to Reno and Lake Tahoe and wasn't even close to Vegas. Sure do miss playing slots in Vegas... maybe one day again. Anyway, good luck to u on your gambling wherever that may be and Thanks so much for your encouraging words on my WLS!

Hi Linda, Well congratulations on becoming a "loser". i have really enjoyed it and look forward to more. Yeah they do have this gambling board but very few people get on. I love to gamble in Las Vegas. Went to the boats and wasn't impressed what so ever. I guess once you been to Vegas everything else is a drag. Marti

Hello Marti....just realized that OH had a Gambling board. I am kinda new at all this..just one month post op from lap-rny and sure wish I could get to Las Vegas. I live about one hour from river boats in Shreveport,LA so I don't get to vegas much anymore. Would love to go though. More excitement for sure! Good Luck on your gambling adventures......

Hi ME is. I started with Black Jack and am now a Texas Hold em' junkie. I've been on 3 cruises, the last one on the Queen Mary 2 to Rio last year. I love gambling on Cruises. You get to know the players and they bond together. I'm heading to Reno March 10-14 at the Hilton for a Tournament. Hopeful for surgery the end of March, so this will be my last fling!!! Barb in South CA waiting for Surgery, but I live in the Redwoods in Santa Cruz.

Start out slow. Play the maximum lines with the lowest possible bet. If it's paying off, slowly increase your bet. If not, MOVE on to the next machine!!!

Hi Ellen, I recently went to Rising Sun Indiana to the Grand Victoria Casino. I played a 5.00 Sizzling 7 and won 3500.00. I put in 100.00. Then my husband and I went to Vegas, he won 6000.00 playing Texas Holdem but I didn't win a darn thing.
