Hi All !!!

Well I was getting frustrated stuck at the same weight since Feb. REALLY DEPRESSING !!!! Well will the last fill 3 weeks ago I have lost 12 lbs and seem to be losing at a very steady rate!!! The summer was very busy !!! It was wonderful....lots of entertaining on our new deck.......Had my 1 year anniversary ! Start weight 310 weight last week 225 !  Waist start 50" now 38".......I am suppose to be starting a new work schedule....I am VERY EXCITED !!! It will give me the flexablity to work out 3 days a week !!!

That's awesome Sean!  Good for you!  I had my 4 month follow up with the surgeon yesterday.  He said i was pretty much on track with what I need to lose in this amount of time.  Got 138 pounds to go but my surgeon said that I would only lose about 60 - 70 percent of my excess weight (his prediction) which I would think puts me in the 200's.  After being 500 pounds for a few years, I'll gladly take anything in the 200's  LOL

Thanks bud !! Being a bander I knew my weight loss would be slower than an RNY.  I was at my high presurgery. It has been the best thing I have done to improve the quality of my life !!!!!!

Congrats on your recent jump start!  Even more, congrats on your success since surgery.  You must feel so much better at this point.  I am down 50 lbs and feel so much better.  Can't wait to get into the 200s.  That has been a long time coming!  Glad you are doing great!
