Hi All!

I just wanted to take the time to say hello.  I have lurked on this board for quite some time. My partner and I have been together for 13 years and we have two great children.  We are going to be having our third child in October.

Hi ,

I am pregnant for the third time.  Our first two children we conceived via IUI in an office in Boston. We had three specimens left in storage and decided to give home insemination a chance.  Third time was the charm.  After watching me during our first pregnancy and delivery, she decided that it wasn't for her, pregnancy and child birth would be my job(luckily I really don't mind once the morning sickness passes).

Your partner sounds like me, i figured if it hurt her that much(she is a toughie) I would surely not make it,lol plus fate brought me my adopted babies!!

Welcome!  My wife and I have been together for 23 years.  We don't have any children, at least not the kind that don't have fur on them.  I'm not comparing children to pets, but you know how people can be about their pets : )  We have 2 dogs and 2 cats.  How exciting for you and your partner, another child in October.  I wish you the best.  Glad your not lurking anymore and are posting.
