3 for Friday
Today I am thankful for:
1. That I have friends all over the world, so on nights when I can't sleep, chances are SOMEBODY is awake to talk to
2. An old friend is coming to visit this weekend
3. Gave my dogs a bath last night, so they are clean and smell nice (for a little while at least)

2) I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and it was the first one I've had with her that she wasn't totally frustrated with me for something LOL
3) I'm going on vacation in a few weeks - WHOO HOOO!!!! Just goin back to Tennessee to see some friends but I feel like I've been in a war zone and I'm going on leave.
2. Its going to be in the mid 60's today
3. Have a friend who is going to hook me up with a discount at JCREW today.
Ok I have to add another. I bought some shorts today with a 34 inch waist. I am shocked. I have NEVER worn a 34" before. I think they run a little big but the tag still says 34.
I'm thankful for:
1) It's Friday!!
2) Had a great spin class last night and today I really feel the benefit of losing close to 60 lbs...my joints are not hurting...but the muscle burn is fantastic.
3) It's going to warm up this weekend...high 60s or low 70s, which means more people are going to be doing outdoor activities and not going to the ice rink. I'll be able to attend some public sessions (at a lower fee) to practice.

Today I am grateful for...
1. My clean apartment but even more that I have a safe place to live, that we have jobs that while they may not give us everything we want, we have everything we need.

2. That I have most of a day tomorrow with my Beloved. Things have been so busy lately we've lost touch a little bit. Don't expect me on the board tomorrow with any frequency...

3. The sun is shining for the first time in many weeks and is supposed to continue through the weekend. Maybe we can get out for a nice walk tomorrow. Maybe walk to the Farmer's Market and get some nummies for the week.

2) The Neurologist said the dizzy spells are nothing neurological.
3) The cardiologist said she thinks I have vasovagal syncope. My BP drops when I change positions. Strangely enough, I have always been in the position I passed out in for a while.
4) I have an echo cardiogram (I think that's it. Ultrasound of the heart.) on the 16th and I get to wear a monitor after that for 24 hours.
5) I have a tilt table test on the 30th. That's where they make you pass out. OH JOY!!!! Can't wait for that. (Note the sarcasm dripping on the last two sentences.)
6) My hubby has been wonderful during all of these problems.
7) The M-I-L is treating me like a human for once since we have been married.
Again sorry for more than 3. Not posting as often so I tend to do more. Maybe the 'puter will be back soon.
I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

2. Tomorrow it's suppose to be 60 degrees. We are going to go see the beach and picture ourselves lounging this summer

3. Thank Bob for RNY - nuff said!

2) Don't tell anyone, but my paperwork is done for the week!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even my brain moves faster after weight loss.
3) Snow showers this weekend (not really thankful for that, but it's somethin' ain't it)
