Thank you everyone. I can't believe it's been a year already as well. It seemed like it took forever to finally reach my surgery day, and this year just flew by!

I'm struggling to lose my last 20 pounds, any advice?????

You look wonderful! Keep up the hard work, I'm with ya on losing those last 20 (or 30 for me)...but we can do this. Staying the course and not getting derailed ain't easy, but we can do it!!

It is so easy to get off track sometimes, but I just need to focus and I'll be fine. I actually am 18 pounds away from my main goal....it will happen. I just need to calm down and stop worrying so much. I have come a long way already.

congrats! you're doing so well. I'm pretty much in the same boat. I have about 24 lbs to go to reach my goal. But yup... we can do it. I just had lunch yesterday with a WLS friend who just got into a size 8 jeans - my goal size. It's totally possible.

Our little miracle baby boy is on his way!
