Hey Family,
I have put my new pictures on my profile. Hope you all can check them out. I really didn't see a change til I looked at them myself. Dam what a differance. I am coming up on my 1 year checkup on March 24th. I have lost 187lbs and I weigh now as of March 11th 221 lbs. I am hoping to get below 200 before I go see my surgeron, but I am not sure if I will. Oh well am happy with what I have none so far. Good luck to everyone, It has beeen a good year.........
