Cool article! I know that I lose better when I drink more water so I can see how this is true. And I found that when I drink plenty of water, arthritis in my knees doesn't bother me as much. I was told that keeping hydrated helps to keep all the joints lubricated, which reduces friction in the joints which helps the arthritis. Whatever works.
