Hello, we are at Spangdahlem!

Hi!! I'm new to this website and although I introduced myself to the general board I wanted to say hello to everyone here in Gemany. I'm expected to finish the 3 month fitness and nutrician class on base on December 6th. I'm hoping to have surgery maybe by the end of January with Professor Weiner. Any words of advice? :-) I cannot get to surgery fast enough!! LOL ~Sheryl

Hi Sheryl! I'm in Bitburg! I had my surgery with Dr Weiner on Dec 6. 06, 10 months ago. So far, I have lost 140 lbs and loving it!! I'm 5 pounds under the surgery goal, and still have some more months to go. It has been a great ride and I feel like a new woman. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. If you want to meet and talk to someone that has been through this before, let's schedule it! I work at Bitburg, but I'm available after 4PM any day. Brenda
