I am actually surprised they are sending you there since they just sent about 75% of the base to other bases. They were supposed to be closing it. But one thing you will learn about this place is that nothing they say is solid until the last minute, we were supposed to be stationed in Baumholder and when we got to Hanau to inprocess they told us they are sending us to Dexheim, then after we got settled in they got word they were closing that base and sent us to Baumholder after all.
