You shouldn't have to provide the paper yourself, the only reason I had to do that was because my PCP lied and said they didn't authorize the surgery in Germany and when I did some investigating Tricare informed me it was some bull and gave me the paper. I would specify that you want Professor Weiner, and if need be specify that to Tricare as well. If you have evidence of your failed diet history that helps and also if you have co-morbs and if you don't have any co-morbs you need to be at least 200% over your ideal body weight, i.e. BMI of 40 or higher. Topic: OT A really good book.
I have just finished reading a really good book that was actually written by a friend of mine Tom Rice. This story follows a time line of Adolf Hitlers life. It explores the idea of "What if Hitler had been given the opportunity to run the world". The story starts in WWI and runs through the 70's and is in direct reference to the book of Job in the Bible. If you enjoy reading a good war story based on historical fact this book will challenge your understanding of the forces that truly control the world as we know it.
The Author T.L. Rice is a close personal friend of mine and just a really great guy who followed his dream and published this book. The Title is Demon Reich and it is available on www.amazon.com and it is only $15.99. So what do you say guys help a brother out if you looking for a really good read it is 311 pages that you will keep turning.

Do I have to provide my PCM with the piece of paper Tricare needs? I do want Dr. Weiner, so do I have to specify that to my PCM or Tricare?
I have an appointment on Monday for my postpartum checkup and I want to try to get the ball rolling on Monday.
Thanks for you advice and how are you holding up after your prcedure?

Stacie is leaving for the hospital this morning for her pre-op tests and then has her surgery on the morning of Friday. Please pray that she makes it through the surgery without complications and that her recovery is speedy. Also please sign her surgery support page if you can.

yup, do what my partner in crime said. i had my appointment with the surgeon on the 23rd of march and my surgery is the 20th of april, so it doesnt take long. i am going with professor weiner too, he comes highly recommended. good luck and keep everyone posted! feel free to write me on here or yahoo - [email protected]

Thanks, I appreciate it. I got directions from someone that actually lives in Frankfurt and they were great! It was shorter, quicker and basically took me to the front door of the hospital. The directions that Tricare give are crap. Everyone I know says that they get lost because no one tells them about this Uturn you have to take. But I really appreciate the offer. And thanks for the support!
