My result!!
I did not make my goal..but it's okay because I came really close. Today I weighed 201.2, and my goal was 199. I will make it this week. I have not been under 200 lbs in 17 years!! I can wait a couple more days for that!!

My halloween weight? 185!!!

I did not make my goal of 218 for Labor Day, so will keep that goal as my Halloween goal.  Current Weight 235.  Lots of stress in my life right now so just maintaining is GREAT. My mom will have a cancerous kidney removed on9/4, along with some bowel work, so just focusing on her right now.  Gayle

OMG, I woke up at 176.8 pounds! 

After being stuck at 180 for weeks.  I can't believe this is still working for me!!!!  I thought at 10 months I was done (and I was planning to be happy with that!!) I did do a lot of walking at the Fair yesterday.

So I made my Labor Day Goal!  Color me SURPRISED!!

Halloween Goal -- 169 (that's me, living on the edge! Am I dreaming?)

My Halloween goal is 160.
