Today I am 193.2 that's  -1.6 lbs!!

Halloween Goal:  220.0#...

I went to the doctor's office to weigh a little while ago and am at 464.5.  3.5 pounds closer to the goal and 3.5 pounds closer to being able to have surgery!! :)

I think I'm ready to take on a challenge!
