ROLL CALL!! Halloween mini-challenge round
Hey there! It's been a while since I've had the time to check in at OH. I did not make my Labor Day Mini Challenge, in fact I missed it by 5 pounds. Now that it is more than 2 weeks since Labor Day, I've finally lost the other 5 pounds... I think!!! I can't tell what I weight anymore. Today was my lowest weight at 224.6, but I usually get on the scale and it is between 227 and 229.
Sooooooo...
Current weight ??? 224.6
Goal weight 220
And trust me, at the rate I'm going, losing those 4.6 pounds is a push!!! Well... not to mention that it could actually be more like 9 pounds. I hate my scale!!!
Unfortunately I am not doing a very good job at losing weight and am down to about 5 pounds per month and am only 4 months out now. Surgery was May 13th, and I've lost a whopping 42.4 pounds according to my doctors office. Apparently, they are going off of a high weight of 267, whereas I was going off of a highest weight of 274. I guess since they are the professionals, they would know better than I would!

I want to get my exercise routine consistant, and I don't know if this is a realistic goal or not, but I am going to give it my best shot!
