Well another week and no closer to goal.   I am actually at 183 lbs.   I just can not get motivated.

I am right there with ya babe!  I am way to familiar with this lack of motivation...  And, it shows in my own weight (still teetering between 205 and 207 instead of down between 202 and 205 like I've been for over 6 mos). 

My biggest problem?  Well, there are two...  1) Too many carbs in my diet...  We all know how that one goes!  2) Not enough exercise...  Ugh.  And, winter is barreling down on me and that means less opportunities to get outside to exercise.  During the summer, I get most of my exercise while mowing and gardening...  In winter, you can't do those things!  LOL  So, with living 25 miles from town and about an hour from the closest real "gym," how do you cope?  I have an exercise bike, a "bean," and such, but I can't get motivated to really DO anything with them!  The bike is hard on my knees.  The bean...well, you have to be motivated!  LOL 

So, how do you all get motivated to do what you really don't want to do???

Well sounds as if we are in the same boat.   I also take in way to many carbs and not the right kind of carbs.........lol.   I do not exercise hardly at all.  I am working two jobs so I work from like 9am-1pm and then from 4pm-mid almost 5 days a week.  I am lucky if I can keep my laundry done up.  I do not have the time to cook proper foods so I find myself going after quick less protein filled meals.  I drink way to much black coffee but do get my plain water in also.   I am a stress eater and have been under a tremendous amount of stress in the last few weeks and it is having a huge impact on all areas of my life.   I am still in a size 14 and not really gaining weight but I am not loosing and I know that I could easily loose another 20 lbs and would look much better.  

I wish I had the answer about how to get motivated but so far I am not finding it.  I am just glad that right now I am obligated to be to two different jobs or at this point I would probably be spending all day in bed and not facing the world........lol   If you find the answer please let me know.
