Hi, I am at 227 today /!!!!!!!
I am so exited to weigh two twenty something!
I look at the sugar free candy when I go to the store, but I don't buy it because this has always been a tough time of year for me, and the start of my chocolate binge which goes on for months, through Christmas, and valentines day, and Easter. I probably have eaten my weight in candy many times over. Not this year ! I am abstaining altogether ! Colette.
