I have a hard time with this - especially at this time of year... Halloween, birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas - all days that, until a couple of years ago, revolved around food... so now it is creeping back in. I will NOT buy bigger clothes, so when the size fours get too tight, I start drinking protein shakes and eating SF popsicles... albeit along with some of the other stuff that I enjoy - but I try to cut back on the carbs and treats...

This week 172.5.... I seem to be stuck at 172 - 175 bouncing up and down. Probably wont make my Halloween goal of 165.
My New Years goal will be 160

New Year's challenge weight 144
I only go on dates now with my hubby, and he knows all about what I can and cannot eat. As far as other people are concerned, I have no problem telling them that I had surgery and cannot eat much in one sitting.
Example Day:
AM - coffee and pills
Breakfast - scrambled egg with cheese, oatmeal, fage or hot chocolate
Snack - protein shake
Lunch - tuna or peanut butter sandwich, fage, or a chicken salad
Snack - nuts, granola bar, or cheese, etc
Dinner - meat usually (meatloaf, chicken, cheeseburger, etc)
Snack - SF pudding, hot chocolate, etc

I think I always set my goals too high but at least I'm trying. I am very close to this goal, I keep teetering between 192 and 189, so who knows...maybe I'll make it on Friday!!1
