Beginning, before surgery, current
I guess I'm in a stall. I am only 8 weeks post op but it seems like when I do lose, it is a big drop overnight - like 4 or 5 lbs then I don't lose again for 2 weeks! Very disturbing just waiting for the big one to hit again!
I believe my goal was 225 so doesn't look like I'll make that but I'm doing everything (most) right I think. Walking, not really getting in all my water and eating too much salt I think. But as far as calories, somewhere between 600 and 1000 I think.

The winter is coming! With it comes holidays, family gatherings, and for most of us, snow. So here goes:
What is your favorite winter activity? Is it something you couldn't do post op? Is it something pre-op that you plan to continue to do after wls? Is there something you haven't done and are trying this year?
I've never gone skiing. I was too afraid of falling and breaking something. But, this year, I plan on getting on a pair of skis and taking a lesson or two. I love the winter, and am hoping that this year will be better than the rest.
