My favorite souce of protein right now is lunch meat and cheese. It just goes down so easy.
Everyone I know has been very supportive of me in their own way. I have a couple of friends who have given me a lot of clothes. I get compliments from everyone I see. But my DH has to take first prize in that department. He does most of the cooking, and always tries to accommodate my needs first. Along the way, he's also lost 21 pounds. He said he didn't know how he lost it, and I reminded him of the way we're both eating now.

Halloween Goal - 260
Not sure I'll make 260 maybe need to change my goal to 270? I seem to be losing 0.5#/day. Oh well....I'll keep it 260 for now as a challenge to get moving !!

Ok I am going to modify my goal! I had planned to lose the final 40 pounds thinking I would lose it as fast as I did the first 50! NOT HAPPENING! so my original goal was 124lbs. I started at 164lbs, my new goal is 150lbs. I am only losing about 1-2 pounds a week now guess the honeymoon phase is over!
