current weight 154 I have gone up a pound
goal weight for halloween is 150 have to step things up I have slowed down to like only losing a pound a week if I'am lucky

Today I hit 154 even.  That is a total loss post-op of 81 pounds.  Not too shabby for 6 months out.

So, I want to change my goal to 180.  Let's see if I can get there!  No stalls!!

For my one year, I want to have glamour shots taken.  I need new pics to put up of me now that I look NOTHING like my old pictures!  Also, my friends who also had the surgery and I were talking about getting matching tattoos.

Last week's weight: 169lbs.
Today's weight: 161lbs!!!!

It's been a tough week, going back to basics. Cutting off all junk, watching carbs, fats, calories. I even got my period in the middle of it so I'm wondering if I'm even retaining water at the moment, maybe when it goes away I will lose faster and more. Honestly though, I'm pretty much just "dieting" like a "normal" person would. A "normal" person with an "abnormal" digestive system...

Sorry I am late.  I spent most of the day on Thursday in La Crosse, WI at my one year post op appointment. 

What did you do for yourself when you reached your one year anniversary or if you haven't yet, what do you plan to do for yourself as a reward?  And for the second part what will you continue to do to reward yourself through out your journey?

I treated myself to a tattoo.  I think on my yearly's I will reward myself somehow, just not sure as I am not done losing...at least by my standards.  My nutritionist said she thought 150-170 would be a healthy weight for me.  I got 10 pounds to go to reach the high end of that.

I wish my Dad could see me. Not because of and thing he said he passed away shortly after I had my surgery! He was behind  me all the way! He would be my biggest cheer leader thats for sure! Today is the 1 yr date of his death. I was 6 months out from surgery and had not really began to lose the weight yet!

I'm going to have to re-do my goal but I'll have to give it some thought.  I want to make it a challange but not something that's not going to be met....LOL!! 

Alright I'll shoot for 215......Now I just have to remember that I'm shooting for 215...I'll blog it!!

I sooo cannot remember where I began at with my original post. Right now I am at 182. My Halloween Goal is 170 and I do know I am down a few lbs because a coworker and I have been weighing in together on Wednesdays. It is just slow going. 
I had a half of a tuna sandwich toasted last night for dinner.. actually maybe 3/4 of that 1/2... and i dumped on the bread. Crashed hard and now I a awake and have been since 2am. ugh
