I havent gotten that far yet. People at work are always telling me how good im looking,how skinny, but today I said im not skinny im plump, .... we have had some discussion about this at work, I just dont see it.

Stayed the same this week. Sorry late in posting---I'm a hurricane victim. The power just came back on yesterday and I had to be in Colum bus (Ino power there) for a conference today.

Like you if its fast food I will have grilled chicken throw out the bread and use mustard to help moisten it if its dry. In airports I have found FF yogurt before. I always carry the south beach die****er mixes in my purse and add it to water if the choices just are not there!
