Current weight 154.5. Sorry for the late posting. I'm dealing with a fairly serious injury and because of the pain meds, I'm a little foggy and forgot. I've also been on a plateau because I haven't been able to exercise, so losing even a half pound like I did this week feels great.

This sound do-able to me...LOL!! If I get my butt back into the gym this will definately be do-able. I've gotten lazy since school started and I'm more busy...I need to take the time for myself. Monday I will definately be back in the gym...

Newbie here as well. I am hoping to get my surgery date soon. Insurance has approved the surgery and I am working on losing enough weight to have the surgery.
