Lea needs some help, so consider me one of the helpers.  Here's your daily post for today!

Lately, I've noticed that sometimes when I go into a store, I shop confidently.  Other times, I feel as though the sales people or other shoppers are looking at me as if I don't belong.  Like, in my mind, they're still looking at me the way they did when I was bigger.  I'm down to a 12 or 14 from a 22/24, so yes, I can wear the clothes in the sections I shop in, but I still get this way sometimes.  Have any of you had this problem?  Have any of you conquered it?

I didn't make goal this round, but hopefully i've done some things that will help during the next challenge.

Current weight - 175

Halloween goal weight - 166

I did not meet my mini goal of 185   as I have yet again had a stall this time @ 189.  As they say, close but no cigar.

I think my Halloween goal will be 179, maybe this will be low enough for me to get to.

I didn't do as well as I had hoped to.   My mom came to visit for a week and I soooo wasn't behaving!

I didn't meet my goal but then again I didn't really try that hard these last couple of weeks.  Missed it by 4 lbs.  Ugh.

I've really got to stick to it this time.  We have the annual Marine Corps Birthday Ball in early November and I've gotta make sure to fit into the dress I bought a while back!

Well I hit my goal weight of 224 on Saturday, but was back up to 226 yesterday.  Go figure.

My Halloween goal is 215.
