Ok, with Halloween just past and THREE birthday cakes (don't these people know how bad those things are???), I am up to 168 again...

went to dr today scale reads 143 I think my new years goal is 135 lea can you please remind me what I set my new years goal for. I know myover all goal is 130 just 13 pounds to go.
