On the subject of horror--movies, that is--I saw "The Ring" when it first came out and it gave me nightmares. And it takes a LOT to scare me! Last week I saw previews of "The Ring 2" and I think I'm almost afraid to go see it. Something about that little dead girl in the well ... yipes!
My horror novel is something along the lines of Stephen King's "It," in that it is about a town in Indiana that is haunted throughout its long history. I can't wait to get back to it, but will wait until my current novel is finished.

Shocking to most it isn't a HORROR MOVIE lol... I had to pick my childhood favorite & what I'm famous for on Ebay. 
( at least my husband things that with his wallet )

I had misspelled the name of the movie it is Shaun not Shawn

Yes I mean the one with Ving Rhames (love that man), it is fast paced and quite bloody but it really creeps me out. No I do no****ch it at nite only when the sun is up. I love getting scared by the supernatural themed movies. Monsters, ghosts, aliens, even mutant ants

I never watched the original but loved the remake so much I bought it.

I was not allowed to see the Exorcist as a child, that is why I was so happy when they re-released at theatres a few years back, I got to see it on a movie screen instead of just on my tv screen.
Toni, you are too funny.
I am suprised by the young (20 somethings) horror fans that have not seen Evil Dead, I need to rent it and see if it is still as terrifying as I remember it.
