I too have always had a passion for horses, and finally now that my children are in their teens, I bought a mare a few years ago who gives me great pleasure, I have ridden her a few times, but of course not like I want to. My 13 year old daughter rides like the wind. My mare had a beautiful filly I named Breeze in March of this year, and I would like to (after surgery) be the one to break and train her. Lofty goals, I can imagine how wonderful it will be to enjoy something that means so much to me!!! Now to just get all the doctors cooperating paperwork wise, and the Insurance on the bandwagon.

Hi Sue, I have a wounderful horse named Ginger, I now weigh 340 pounds and now that I weigh to much to ride any longer. I decided to have the bypass in June and it has taken me this long to get insurance approval. My surgery is November 18th. I am looking forward to putting on a pair of Rockie jeans next year and riding into the sunset. .......Crystal

I have had a great childhood with horses. I have showed and loved them all my life. But after marriage and children and lots ofweight gain I haven't had a horse or rode in years. I am looking forward to having WLS and being able to get a horse again and riding!....SUE G.
