Ladies, ladies, What is the deal with all the Moroccan men?? lol My husband too is from Maroc. He is from Khouribga. And Samira, I understand totally about the adjustments to the meals. DH had some major adjustments to make and the khobz just does not get made that much around here any more. And atay bnaa lol poor guy he hates the splenda!!!! as salaamu alaikum i am just here to revive the board i too, like Leem Leem am a salafi muslimah alhamdulillaha masha Allah and am hoping to have the surgery, to stop this terrible cycle of being.... well what can i say... fat? from a purely healthy standpoint, of course! oh and about moroccan men.... this is my opinion... but they are more open and willing out of all other arab men to marry outside of their culture, particularly to african american muslim women, who will usually not be touched with a ten foot pole by most other arab men esp. gulf arabs... once again this is my opinion, you may or may not agree! but i base this on observation... plus morroccans are african... masha Allah! make du'aa for me that i overcome all the pitfalls to surgery (esp. insurance approval) and i will make du'a for the rest of you! Allahumma ameen! Umm Azeezah
