Jane I see that you posted something about the Gazelle. Would that be the fitness machine Gazelle, made infamous by Tony Little? If so did you like it? Is it worth the money?
I'll look at the ads but doubt I will go out on Friday morning this year. unless there is something I really want. For a fact I have all ready bought just about all my nieces and nephews gifts. Plus I bought new living room furniture for Mom and Dad. Well me too as it will come in handy for the first few days after surgery, as long as my dog doesn't kill me on the walks. Maybe I will see something to get Bev in the ads or a small gift to get all three.
Hey Ryan, I also have a gazelle and yes by tony little..... I like mine but my a$$ feels like jello when I get off of it lol. And it really works the arms... I paid 90 bucks for mine at play it again sports... janes is a better model than mine but either way they work pretty well.
I get to go shopping with Jane Mimi and Mom this year!!!!!! I went last year when I got off work but was so tired I didnt wanna mess with the croud Either way it was a blast hearing them talk.... santa 1 to santa 2 blah blah blah
I was thinking about getting one of those exercise balls. I have a friend that bought her one and she loves it. She says it's real handy at strengthing the core muscles, something that I think I can benefit from.
Isn't the Gazelles like the skiing type machines, where your arms and legs swing back and forth?
yes it is, Dee! I have heard others mention that instead of buying the exercise ball... goto walmart and buy a "big" kids ball.. they last about the same time but cost 20 bucks less. Ask around or find Dx and ask him, I believe that is who I might have heard that from.

The Gazelle works good. But as I got healthier and stronger it got bored. It is great because there is no impact on your knees and ankles. Mine has the shocks on the front for added resistance. My kids used it more than anyone. They could sit on it together and it made one heck of a swing. My house is too little so its new home is going to be at Amy's house. Takes a little coridination but she can do it.
