Vitamins?

I use the Optisource vitamins and like them quite well. They are one my surgeon recomends. I get them from Walgreens and they ship for free. Run me about $28.00 with tax. It will last thirty days. Considering what I paid for scripts prior to surgery not that bad. I also take a sublingual B-12 and Biotin. Walmart has a all natural, vegitarian B-12 that runs about $6.00 for 90 and I buy the Biotin at GNC for around $4.00. The Biotin I get are a small tablet and I put one in a glass of water to see how long it takes to disolve and after five minutes I gave it a stir and it had. pan head

thanks for the info!  i could not find on that site any info on the ingredients on this protein.  I am just curious about some of these liquid protein drinks b/c the nutrionist said that a lot of them do not have good quality protein in them and you end up not getting the full amount they say you will.  they said it should have whey protein isolate as the main ingredient.

Nicole if at some time you want to try the protein bullets/test tubes, be very careful as there are a lot of hidden sugars that are not listed. I drank one down on the way to work and proceeded to dump for the next three hours. Of course I was then stuck at work and no comforts system to feel good with. I take a krogers senior vitamin pill, I think because it is on sale everytime I go to get some. I like it as there is no taste or smell that I can attribute to it. When my 6 month labs came back. I was a bit low on Vit A and B12, So I picked up a bottle of each per Dr Tom. Oh yeah My endo has me taking a Vit D also.  So any word yet on a date or are you fighting Insurance. A number of us has had to due that. Keep us posted.
