Sugar Free Carnation Instant Breakfast

Okay when I went to the store they only had the regular and no sugar added but there was no sugar free?  Is there really a sugar free or do they mean no sugar added?  If there is a sugar free what store usually carries it?

I got carnation instant (ready to go) it says o grams of added sugar. BUT it has 12 grams of sugar it comes from lactose a natural milk sugar. i couldnt find sugar free either and we went everywhere. Good luck with yur surgery...
