LOL...I just checked the radar and it's looks like the rain will be here in a couple of hours! Told ya it wouldn't last!
FOOD
S: English Toffee Latte' (8oz 1% milk, 8oz coffee, 3 splenda and a shot of reg syrup)
B: 3/4 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/4cup crushed pineapple
L: 1 cup chicken salad (full fat I'm sure since it was bought at a concession)
S: boxed sugar cookies
(about 8 of them)
D: I stood out in the rain and grilled BBQ chicken, vidalias and pineapples - YUM!!
FLUIDS
8oz coffee
8oz milk
16.9oz water
20oz Diet Pepsi
16.9oz Crystal lite
EXERCISE
did 39 minutes cardio and 30 minutes strength training at the YMCA this morning after dropping Gracie off at pre-school.
**Hey Dawn, think I can count yardwork in the exercise challange? I pruned trees and chopped down my ornamental grass yesterday and then help clean out the garage (sweep and reshelve stuff as richard moved the shelves around). Hey Girlie! I love gracie's name!! I would think you can count the yard work. Your moving!!! thats all that matters... I had a band wake up call today!! Wow!! Long story so short version:: Tried eating at my desk, worked really late, Was dehydrated I think,, something felt off, Got something stuck for just a few seconds but d*** it was uncomfortable and still hurts some... SO liquids for a day or liquids just the rest of today??? no idea how to handle it. So thinking I may not get a adjustment tommorrow, will wait and see. Ouch!!! food: s- prochino b- activia yogurt s- handfulof peanuts till 11 l- 3 chicken nuggets and some bites of a baked potatoe, 1 choc chip cookie liquid 8 oz 1 percent milk 20 oz decaf tea 5 ounce decaf tea 20 oz flav water Exercise: power walked 15 and 10 min breaks!! Love warm weather!! woohoo
