Today was pretty nice! 5 or 10 more degrees warmer and I'd have been in heaven!

FOOD
B: 1 cup kashi cereal with 1/4 cup 1% mik
L: 1 cup baked beans (It was really leftover beanie weinie's
but my daughter ate all the weinie's!)
S: StarBECK'S 16oz Skinny Cinnamon Dulce latte
D: We ended up at Red Lobster. I had 6 smallish grilled shrimp about a 1/3 of
my salad w/ balsamic dressing and 1 garlic cheese biscuit (yep, i'll admit it)
FLUIDS
17oz water
8oz milk
8oz coffee
24oz water
EXERCISE
I had the time to do a full workout so I did 85 minutes strength training and then 40 minutes on the exercise bike for my cardio. That's a total of 125 minutes!!
I had a wonderful day. Got up early and started my spring cleaning after that I was too tired to exercise.
B- 2 eggs scrambled w/cheese and imitation lobster meat
L- Special K protein meal replacement bar
Snack - Small can of V-8
D - Cabbage soup (2 cups)
Snack - 1/4 cup almonds

Tomorrow I will get back on track. I love going to Red Lobster. After I eat the crab legs, shrimp and lobster I don't have room for the biscuit. I love all seafood except scallops. With
