FOOD
S: StarBECK's Skinny Cini Dulce Latte
B: 1cup Kashi Cereal and 1/4 cup milk
L: LOL....I forgot to eat!! it's 5pm and I just ate 1/2 a protein bar
D: about 3/4 cup Baked spaghetti cassarole (noodles went down fine!)
Yeah me!! A whole day without a stuck or even a semi-stuck incident!!
FLUIDS
8oz coffee
8oz milk
30oz water (this goes to the gym with me)
17oz crystal lite
EXERCISE
I ended up doing 50 minutes lower body strentgh training, 5 minutes on the stair climber (my knee's been aching thought a good workout on it would help a bit) and then finished out with my usual 40 minutes cardio bike ride! Today not as pretty as yesterday but all is well. 21 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the ab lounger and 15 minutes on the red chair. Exercise is increasing, not as much as I would like. B - Banana Creme Whey Protein drink, a cup of tea, glass of grape sugar free kool-aid. L- tuna with multi grain crackers and a yellow delicious apple peeled and cut up. Snack - Special K Chocolate Protein bar. D- 2 turkeyburgers. I've noticed your continued weight loss, congratulations. I'll post new stats after my visit next week. Z
