I had surgery last Friday. I'm still a little sore and nauseous.

Hi there, Chorn!  Welcome to the Loser's Bench!  My 1st year after the Lap-Band, I was here a lot!  Lot's of encouragement and several people participating in the KY Forum.  Hopefully, things will pick back up here.  Hope you can get good info and good information here. Hey ladies!...I had my surgery last week...I am doing fine..I am still on my full liquid diet for another week...so finding a variety of food to eat has been a challenge...I have been fighting to get my water amounts in..its a struggle...Im losing...but Im trying. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate them...

Glad to see you came through the surgery well, Marge! Hang in there- you'll be eating a little more "normally" before you know it.  Great to hear from you!
