Mon 2/14/11 - What Did U Eat Yesterday?
Good Morning KY - Yesterday was such a good day. Hope all took advantage of the weather by lifting our feet to do a little walking or just lowering our forks by doing a little less eating if that's where we are falling short. However it was a great day for me and hopefully u too. My greatest accomplishment was going to a Chinese resturant w/o eating ANYTHING not in my plan. I ate 2 skinned sections of a chicken wing, picked some of the beef from the beef and brocoli, picked some chicken from another dish and a little bit of bbq pork w/o the sauce. I don't have a clue what the calories are so they are not included in my intake. Only drank the broth from the hot and sour soup. These were major feats for me. Regarding what I could track it is as follows:

First of all, let me say "Bravo!" Ms.Z for a job well done when eating out Chinese- sounds like you did very well. As for me... yesterday was not a great day food wise. Good start with my Egg, Cheese & 1/2 piece WW toast & L. was OK with my 3-4 oz. chicken & rice, mostly chicken. But I felt kind of blah most of the day. Along with hubby, we took granddaughters to see "Gnomeo & Juliet" and I sat there & ate too much popcorn. Then when it was time for dinner, I ate 1/2 slice of sausage & onion pizza. Got in most of my liquids which was good. Just one of those days that, food-wise & emotions-wise, I do not care to repeat. Had a great time with the girls, enjoyed the movie but ready for a new day. And here it is. Off to the mall to walk as soon as hubby gets back to house. Hope everyone has a LOVELY day! Jeanie I know about that movie popcorn. When we go to the movies its a wash for that day. You did well, I eat the whole large bag and then go back for seconds with butter. I know it is horrible but I try not to eat anything else on movie day. Usually I don't succeed but I try. As you said, then get ready for the new day. While on the cruise I will not beat myself but upon return it will be total detox.
