Sun 2/20/11 - What Did U Eat Yesterday?
I knew it was too soon to go back to Chinese. Did well until it came to dessert. The cookies did not win but the cake and ice cream did. When I got home did not do much better. I think the hidden sabatour is coming out. I will get strick with myself Tues - Fri. I will relax when I board ship on Sat but I've vowed to myself to eat smarter than last cruise which added ten pounds. Here's what I ate yesterday.
