Nope, I just didn't realise this board was here. I'm an LPN in Nashville and am waiting for my doc's office to submit the papers to insurance for approval. Good luck all.

Hey! I had open Roux en y on april 15, 2004 and as of today I am down 60 pounds! I work for homecare as a pediatric LPN. I have been with the same family for over a year now 4 to 5 days a week. However the patient is weaning off the vent, so I probably won't be with them much longer. 
I love him and his twin sister like they were my own! Anyway.... Sorry I took so long to respond. My computer is infected by spyware and it's been down for a while. Good luck to you and keep me posted.

No Donna your not the only LPN & your not the only LPN w/ the name Donna lol lol!!! Well have you had WLS yet? I have just been appoved. Just yesterday. Will have to wait till about August to have surgery. Bummer!!! But came this far can wait 2 more mths. I am very exited & can't wait. Know the road will be hard but worth it. What tpye of surgery did u have? I sm having Rou N Y (spelling???) (not real good @ that!!!) What kind of job do u do as a LPN?
