I personally haven't, but a friend of mine had surgery with him yesterday at QMC. I know everthing went well, but I haven't had a chance to talk with her yet. He came highly recommended from a friend who works at QMC as a nurse anaesthetist. If you have any specific questions, i could pass them along. Angel

Hi, That would be great if you could ask her a few questions once she's up to it. I've had a consult with him and liked him very much. I'm looking to have a Tummy Tuck and Arm Lift. What did she have done? I know it's too soon for any other questions I have . I appreciate this It's hard finding this info out unless you find someone who has seen your plastic surgeon your interested in. Thanks Again Lisa

Hi Lisa, sorry to not respond sooner. She had a lower belt lipectomy and also a breast lift. She's still very much in pain a week later. Hopefully she will be up and around soon! With the lower belt lipectomy she was cut all the way around, I can't imagine the pain that would cause! Angel

Hi Angel, Thanks for getting back to me. I scheduled the TT and Arm Lift in January with Dr. Darrows. That was the best time for me to take off work so I wanted to get a date. I know she's very miserable right now but I would love if you could keep in touch with me. I would love to know how her recovery is and if she's happy with her results. I know it's too soon to tell but hopefully time will tell. When you have a chance and when she's not miserable if you could ask her how the staff and the hospital was? How her experience with Dr. Darrows was also? This is greatly appreciated. I understand she's in pain right now so I understand if you don't get right back to me. Again thanks Lisa

Hi, You should check his licensing profile at this link: http://profiles.massmedboard.org/MA-Physician-Profile-Find-Doctor.asp Make sure that he is certified by the "Am Bd of Plastic Surgery". Dr. Darrow is, but you would be amazed at the "plastic surgeons" who are really dermatologists with no surgical training.
